Download and install Floutwork
If you haven’t installed Floutwork yet, follow the download and install instructions for your platform (Mac Apple Silicon, Mac Intel, or Windows). The installation takes less than five minutes.
Add web apps to the Launchpad
The Launchpad is your quick-access panel for the web apps you use every day. When you first open Floutwork, you’ll be prompted to add apps.Select the apps you use most — Gmail, Slack, Notion, Linear, Figma, or any other web-based tool. You can also add any custom URL as an app. Apps you add here appear in the Launchpad sidebar so you can open them instantly without searching or typing a URL.
Set up your first Workspace
Workspaces are separate contexts inside Floutwork — one for each project, client, or role you work in. Each workspace has its own set of open apps and tabs, so switching between them is instant and clean.Create your first workspace by clicking + New Workspace in the workspace switcher. Give it a name that reflects a project or role (for example, “Client A”, “Product”, or “Personal”). You can create more workspaces anytime.
Open your first web app inside Floutwork
Click any app in the Launchpad to open it. The app loads inside Floutwork’s built-in work browser — no need to switch to a separate browser window. Tabs stay grouped by app automatically, so your Gmail tabs always stay separate from your Notion tabs.You can open multiple apps and navigate between them using the sidebar or the command bar.
Capture your first task
While you’re browsing inside Floutwork, open the task sidebar by clicking the Tasks icon in the side panel. Type a task and press Enter to capture it. You can also schedule tasks directly into your calendar from the task panel.Tasks you capture are saved to your Personal Memory, so they’re always available across sessions.
Try AI Chat
Click the AI Hub icon in the sidebar to open AI Chat. Choose a model from the dropdown — options include ChatGPT 4o Pro, Gemini 1.5 Pro, Gemini 2.0 Flash, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Perplexity Sonar Pro. Type a question or prompt and press Enter.You can switch models mid-conversation, use pre-built AI Assistants for common tasks, or create your own custom assistants for recurring workflows.
