AI-assisted task planning
If you have a vague idea of what you need to do but are not sure how to break it down, you can ask the AI to help you plan it. Describe the work in plain language and the AI will suggest specific, actionable tasks you can add directly to your list.AI task planning uses your current context — including any open tabs you’ve added — to make suggestions that are relevant to what you’re actually working on.
Calendar scheduling
Floutwork automatically schedules your tasks into your calendar so you always know when you’ll do them. Rather than keeping a list of things that never get done, each task gets a dedicated time slot. This means you do not have to manually decide when to work on each item — Floutwork looks at your workload and your calendar and finds the right time.Calendar scheduling works with your connected calendar. Tasks appear as blocks on your calendar, not just reminders, so they hold actual time in your day.
Smart Inbox Cleaner
The Smart Inbox Cleaner helps you manage email volume without spending hours triaging. It groups your emails by type — newsletters, notifications, receipts, and more — so you can bulk archive or delete entire categories at once. This is not a full email client. It is a focused tool for clearing inbox noise so you can focus on messages that actually require action.Staying in flow while capturing tasks
The biggest risk when capturing tasks mid-work is losing the thread of what you were doing. A few habits that help:- Keep the Tasks panel pinned open while doing planning or review work, closed while doing focused execution.
- Use short, clear task names. You can add detail later — the goal at capture time is not to lose the thought.
- Let the AI help when a task feels too large. Breaking it down at capture time makes scheduling more accurate.
