0.16.0

Released January 11, 2026

Features

  • Personalization options for AI — A new “Personalize” option is now available directly from the AI Chat input bar. You can customize how the AI writes and responds, including tone, formatting, and other preferences.
  • AI Memories — Floutwork now automatically remembers important information from your AI Chats and Notes to enhance future interactions. These memories are private to you. You have full control — edit or delete individual memories, clear all memories at once, or disable the feature entirely from settings.
  • Massive file attachment upgrade — You can now attach up to 500 files, each up to 20 MB, when using AI assistants. The assistant automatically retrieves and references only the relevant information from these files — no extra steps needed.

Enhancements

  • ChatGPT 5.2 now available — The latest OpenAI model is now supported for all AI chats.
  • Improved update notification — A clearer visual indicator now appears in the top-right corner when a new Floutwork update is available.
  • Manual save in Notes — In addition to auto-saving, the Notes app now supports manual saving with Ctrl+S (Windows) or Cmd+S (Mac).
  • Enhanced feedback submission — You can now attach multiple screenshots when submitting feedback to better illustrate issues or feature requests.
  • Selective screen sharing — Screen sharing now supports selecting individual application windows (instead of just entire monitors) when using apps like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Fixes

  • Improved error messaging for login failures on the Floutwork login screen.
  • Better handling of login issues in offline mode.
  • Enhanced management of session timeouts.
  • Fixed an issue where some users couldn’t download Microsoft Teams recording transcripts from the web app.
  • Resolved a bug where clicking the ”+” button to add a new workspace didn’t work in some instances when hovering over the workspace icon.
