- Contextual screenshots for AI — You can now capture your screen directly from the right-side AI panel. A new camera icon in the chat input box lets you take screenshots of your current tab view and automatically add them as context for the AI. You can capture multiple screenshots — for example, while scrolling through a design or slideshow — so the AI can better understand what you’re seeing.

Workspace-level AI personalization — You can now personalize all AI chats within a workspace by adding custom AI instructions. Create a note tagged with
ai-instructionsin the Notes app. The content of those notes (for example, “Memory”, “Writing Examples”, or “About Me”) will appear at the top of every AI chat in that workspace. - Save web page text to specific notes — Highlight any text on a web page, right-click, select Add to Notes, and choose the note you’d like to append it to.

@Mention notes and tabs in AI Chat — You can now reference your notes and open tabs directly in AI Chat using
@mentions, making it easier to add context to your conversations. - Custom workspace icons — Upload a custom image for a workspace icon. Right-click the workspace bubble, select Edit Workspace, then choose Change Appearance.
- Add files to AI Assistants — AI Assistants now support file attachments. Add a file to an assistant and its contents will be automatically included in relevant interactions.

- Recent apps on New Tab page — The New Tab page now displays your most recently accessed apps that aren’t pinned to the navigation bar, making it easier to return to recent tasks.
- @Mention tabs in AI Chat — You can now @mention open tabs while chatting with AI — from the main AI Chat screen or the right-side panel. When AI Chat is accessed via the panel, the current open tab is automatically added as context.
- Expanded AI file type support — Floutwork now supports Microsoft Word and PDF file uploads across all AI models.
- Save tabs to existing project — Clicking the check icon in the tab strip now gives you the option to save tabs as a project without closing your current tabs. A new “Close All but First Tab” option also helps declutter by preserving only the default tab.
- Copy URL from address bar — Hover over the address bar and click the link icon to copy the current tab’s URL. Keyboard shortcuts are also available: Cmd+Shift+C on macOS or Ctrl+Shift+C on Windows.

- All-new Productivity Insights — Productivity Metrics has been completely redesigned. You can now explore a detailed timeline of your activity — including clicks, keystrokes, scrolls, context switches, and app usage — viewed by hour, day, week, or month. A new productivity score gives you an at-a-glance overview, with a full breakdown available on hover. Your data remains private and visible only to you. You can delete it at any time or disable tracking entirely via Settings in the Productivity Insights dashboard.
- Password export support — You can now export your stored passwords from the Password Vault using the Import/Export button in the top-right corner. This is especially useful when switching to a new computer — export from the old device and import on the new one.

- Resolved an issue that prevented users from dragging and repositioning apps on the Work Launchpad.
